This duplex can accommodate up to 5 people with 1 large bedroom on the ground floor and 2 other bedrooms upstairs. It has wall cupboards and dressers to store your clothes, a small desk area and an open and friendly common room with everything you need for your meals and your "relaxing" moments. The space Duplex, 3 bedrooms (2 with QUEEN SIZE bed and 1 with single bed) that are spacious enough to accommodate a baby bed, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery, electric kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster), friendly living room with TV and free Wi-Fi. 1 Closed garage and free parking in front of the residence. Linens and towels are provided. If you need to do laundry, there is a laundromat 600 m away (2 min drive).
