Beautiful townhouse

Our house is located in an ideal and quiet residential area by the city park and is still very centrally located: it is only a 15-minute walk to the center and a 5-minute walk to the Chio grounds. It is sunny, bright and comfortable! The space This is our private residence, which is why it has personal belongings and is "inhabited." We love it very much - it is bright, sunny, friendly and airy due to the high ceilings. During your stay, we are not present. The house is then available for your exclusive use. Bedroom s: The master bedroom has a 1.80 m wide bed. If necessary, 2 more simple mattresses can be provided for 2 people, which can be placed on the floor in the large bedroom or, if necessary, in the living room. The second bedroom can be prepared as desired: either as a 180 cm wide bed for a couple or as single beds with a nightstand in between. IMPORTANT NOTE: With a booking for only 2 people, the second (smaller) bedroom will be made available, as this is basically the guest room, which is available for Airbnb. Only when booking for 3 or 4 people will the larger bedroom also be provided. Outdoor area: The garden is long and can be used - deck chairs and a dining area are available. Guest access The entire first floor can be used. There is a large kitchen and an open dining and living area. There is also a guest toilet right next to the front door. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. One room is my private work area, which will remain locked. The attic is private (children's room and a bathroom) and cannot be used.
