Paradise on Lake Champlain with the shore right at your back door, great for kayaking, fishing, goose hunting, or playing and relaxing at home. Use our kayaks and paddleboat, lifejackets, loads of indoor and outdoor toys and games for everyone. Our kitchen is fully stocked, grill on our back deck and enjoy patio seating with a great view! This year 'round property is great in the winter for ice fishing, hunting, trails galore, in the warmer months ideal for cyclists, friends and family fun! The space Mostly one level inside and out makes it easy for all ages to safely enjoy the fun and relaxation. Most rooms face the lake with southern exposure that reveal amazing sunrises and sunsets. There are 1 King bed, 3 Queens, 3 Fulls, plus 1 Queen air-mattress, 2 sofas. The kitchen is fully stocked; bring the ingredients for your favorite meals, drinks, and desserts. The family room is a great space for games and fun, including a pool table and loads of toys, books and puzzles. The dining table has a 2' leaf for extra seating space. There is room for everyone to gather, or for anyone to retreat in a quiet space. Guest access The house is situated on 1 acre, mostly surrounded by tall hedgerows. There is a long driveway that can accommodate several cars and boats. Boat launch nearby. Other things to note Visit Point au Roche State Park, Frontier Waterfowl Guide Service, Chazy Orchards, Chazy Highlands Wildlife Management Area, Chazy Fossil Reef, Rouses Point and Champlain nearby. Also within one hour you can visit Lake Placid, Ausable Chasms, Montreal-Canada, Burlington, Adirondack Park High Peaks, all within an hour of this home.
