Welcome to this lovely, ultimate dream home with 2 stylish SEPARATE BEDROOMS and a modern bathroom with a separated toilet by the famous New York Café. Top attractions such as Parliament, St. Stephen's Basilica, Chain Bridge, Gozsdu Court, Vorosmarty square, Andrassy Avenue and Danube are in 10-20 mins by foot. We have TV with Netflix, AC in the apartment and elevator in the building. The space I'm Kathy, I was born in Vietnam but grew up here in Budapest. I love to travel and have stayed in AirBnB in many countries. I'd like to give u the same standard for the flats that I wish for myself when I rent an apartment...I'm a very responsible and easy going person. Expect a beautiful, premium and very clean flat right in the city center. :) Guest access We are offering the ENTIRE APARTMENT, you don't have to share it with anyone else. - 2 separate bedrooms with double bed and wardrobes - 1 stunning living room with a sofa bed + AC + TV - 1 modern, fully equipped kitchen - 1 bathroom with shower and sink - 1 toilet room and sink We provide: - Beddings (pillow, blanket, bed sheets/ linens, towel) according to the number of guests on booking - The bath towel provided for each guest can only be used in the apartment. If you need more, we can order for you from the laundry company with extra fees. The delivery time is 1-2 days so please inform me as soon as possible :) In summer, we have AC in the living room and fans for cooling In winter, we have a radiator for heating The apartment is on 3rd floor and there is a lift in the building The apartment is provided with self-check-in, a convenient solution that lets guests access the apartment with smart lock. Thanks to this method you can access my apartment even in the most inconvenient times. Other things to note The easiest and cheapest way to get to the apartment from the airport is the direct Bus 100E, which stops at Astoria station from where it takes only 9-minute to get to the apartment by metro.
