We have available a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in Rosamar, a quiet residential area between Tossa de Mar & Sant Feliu de Guixols. The apartment has a spacious balcony and boasts a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Rosamar valley. A 7-min. walk downhill (14-min. uphill) will bring you to Rosamar’s picturesque beaches where there’s a beach bar and a restaurant. The space The apartment is furnished with new furniture with a modern, contemporary aesthetic and decorated with a touch of nautical and tropical themes to enhance your enjoyment and relaxation during your stay. The master bedroom comes with a 1.50x1.90m (full size) mattress bed and the guest bedroom with 2 90cmx1.90m (twin) mattress beds which can be joined together if preferred. There is a fully functional kitchen, a living room, and a spacious balcony that provides you with a spectacular view of Rosamar valley and the Mediterranean Sea. The master bedroom has a closet and portal doors that open directly onto the balcony and the guest bedroom also has closets and a picturesque window view. All the rooms give you a grand view of the sea and surrounding mountains. The apartment building (built in the ‘70s) is situated up on the hill on the north side of the valley. The apartment itself is on the third floor of the building and entrance to the apartment is conveniently close to street level from the back street for easy transport of your belongings. Parking is available on the street (both on the front and back of the building). A locked parking garage is also available upon request. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Location: The Urbanizacion of Rosamar is a residential neighborhood situated along the coast line of Costa Brava in the municipality of Santa Cristina d’Aro in the Girona province. It is located 112km from Barcelona, 11km from Sant Feliu de Guixols, 14km from Tossa de Mar, 15km from Platja d’Aro. Rosamar is 127 km from Barcelona International Airport and 40 km from Girona Airport-Costa Brava. Rosamar is known for its tranquillity, solitude, relaxation, meditation, and as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, where you can immerse yourself in a community nestled in nature, sea, and the sound of birds in the valley. Rosamar’s location is not accessible by public transportation, only by personal vehicles. There is a xiringuito (beach bar) and a restaurant in the immediate area that offer food and drinks. However, there are no commercial stores for other basic necessities. It’s recommended to have your own vehicle to be able to shop for food and supplies to bring home. Grocery stores such as Mercadona, Lidl, Esclat are located in nearby Sant Feliu, S’Agaro, and Platja d’Aro (20-30 mins. drive). You can also find department stores and specialty shops located within the area of these grocery stores, especially in S’Agaro and Platja d’Aro.
