The Basement is a newly renovated, fully furnished apartment with everything you need and more to feel at home away from home. Located just minutes from beautiful beaches, scenic trails, shopping, fine-dining, the world famous Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs golf courses, Red Shoe Pub and Glenora Distillery. This space is clean, cozy and great for relaxing. Self check in - private entrance. Ask about our swimming pool! The space Hosts live upstairs in main house. The Basement is 9 steps down from its own private entrance with touch key lock. Clean, dry and very bright but with only two windows allowing for natural light. Our property is vast, with several areas to walk or sit to enjoy the outdoors. It is an open concept living space. The sleeping area is perfectly situated in the back corner of the apartment for the purpose of privacy. An air mattress is available upon request should you wish to share this open space with another traveler. The kitchen is fully equipped with tools and gadgets for those of you who enjoy baking or cooking while traveling. A drying rack, iron and ironing board are supplied but laundry room is not accessible to guests. Two laundromats are located within a 15 minute drive. Guest access Entire basement apartment. Other things to note We have an in-ground pool on the property which may be open to enjoy at your own risk depending on the Season. Some areas of the property may be under renovation at the time of your visit, this will not effect your parking space or clear access to your apartment.
