The home is designed to allow travelers to transcend into the peacefulness of the desert with 360-views of the natural surroundings. This home is nestled on an unfenced 5 acres of the Mojave desert. Large glass windows in every living space usher in natural light, breathtaking views and vibrant sunsets that illuminate the rich interior of this home. The desert is echoed in the simple, modern earthen tones that offer simplistic luxury for your desert escape. This modern home is a two-bedroom, two bath home that sleeps four in king accommodations. The home is fully equipped wit 100% linens, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and washer/dryer. We supply shampoo/ conditioner/body wash. This space is ideal for those seeking a quiet, but not fully isolated experience in Joshua Tree. Located 10 mins from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and only 5 mins from downtown Joshua Tree's restaurants, shops and galleries. Guest access The entire home is available to guests during each stay. Joshua Tree National Park is open year-round. There are few facilities within the park's approximately 800,000 acres, making Joshua Tree a true desert wilderness just a few hours outside Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. About 2.8 million visitors come to the park each year to enjoy activities such as hiking, camping, photography, rock climbing, and simply enjoying the serene desert scenery. The busy season in Joshua Tree runs from October through May. You can enjoy activities like Camping, Hiking, Ranger Programs, Photography, Birding, Experience dark Night Skies, Biking, Rock Climbing, Backpacking, and Horse Riding! Come visit. Other things to note Lo Sound travels easily in the desert, so please be respectful of neighbors. This is not a party house. Sound should be kept to a minimum after 10PM and no outdoor speakers please. We love animals, but we cannot host them in this space. We cannot accommodate emotional service animals for medical reasons and have an exemption with Airbnb. This location is full of wildlife, take care to supervise any children staying on the property, as this is not a safe place for young children. The property has camera's on the exterior of the home. They face the front and side the back of the house. They do not have views of the exterior patio area or the interior of the home. These cameras are only monitored when the home is vacant and if there is an incident. EV charging: EV charger is for dedicated chargers only, not standard wall outlets. Please request permission so that we can provide access otherwise a flat fee will be charged for infraction. NO SMOKING Indoors: Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed indoors or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put it in the outdoor trash can. If above is not maintained, we will charge $150 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. CHECKING OUT: Please check out of our rental by 11:00AM. By checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest as the cleaning team is scheduled to arrives. For any late check out, we will reserve the right to charge $100 if exceed 45 minutes and half day rate if exceed 1 1/2 hours. • Check in time 4:00PM •Check out time 11:00AM - EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked. Please let as know beforehand so that any special request we can be accommodated. PETS: Pets are not permitted. There is a pet cleaning fee is $150 if not disclosed. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees. WILDLIFE: The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs - it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals ,flys, bugs and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of ants & spiders out here. While we appreciate your patronage and the enjoyment of our guests, it is imperative to emphasize that we operate in a natural environment. Consequently, we cannot provide refunds or cancelations due to unforeseen circumstances. We prioritize the safety of our guests and will promptly address any potentially hazardous situations.
