Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. We offer a large 300 m² cottage located by the Parc de Brière and close to the Atlantic coast. This spacious old house built on a 3000m² wooded plot can accommodate 15 people. A fish pond takes place on the front of the cottage. The space The cottage is composed of: - large living room/living room with fireplace, bar, dartboard and mood sound system, - large kitchen, - mezzanine with pool table, - TV room with sofa bed that can be used as a bed (slatted bed base) - ground floor room with 1 double bed - second bedroom with 1 double bed; 1 single bed and 1 baby bed, - 1 dormitory with a maximum of 8 beds, - third bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed - 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, - bathroom with vanity furniture and shower area, - 1 separate toilet, - 1 entrance with a table football, - large wooden terrace with garden furniture, - BBQ area, - ping pong table All beds are made up of 80 x 200 or 160 x 200 mattresses. The house has free WiFi. Guest access The location of the cottage will allow you to discover many sites. - Brière Regional Natural Park at less than 5 min. - Access to the RN165 between Nantes and Vannes in 10 min - La Roche Bernard and La Vilaine 15 min away. - The beaches of Pénestin, salt marshes, Guérande 20 min. - La Baule and Pornichet 25 min away, - Saint-Nazaire and its port at 30 min - Less than 5 minutes from shops. - Markets every day less than 20 min away. Other things to note Nearby neighborhood requires some discretion and parking is limited to 5-6 vehicles (no parking possible on the public road). Outdoor noise is limited from 11:00 p.m. Rented only by the week in July and August (degressive rate on request) Outside of school holidays, it is possible to rent on the Weekend (Friday to Sunday). For WE, the hours are from Friday 17h to Sunday 17h (minimum duration 2 nights). For extended weekends and holidays, rentals are for a minimum of 3 nights.
