Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We offer a large 300 m² cottage located on the edge of the Parc de Brière and close to the Atlantic coast. This old spacious house built on a plot of 3000 m² of woodland can accommodate 15 people. A fish pond is located at the front of the cottage. The space The cottage is composed of: - large living room with fireplace, bar, darts and background music, - large kitchen, - mezzanine with pool table, - TV room with sofa bed that can be used as a bed (slatted bed base) - bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed - second bedroom with 1 double bed; 1 single bed and 1 baby bed, - 1 dormitory with 8 beds maximum, - third bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed - 1 bathroom with spa bath and toilet, - bathroom with vanity unit and shower area, - 1 separate WC, - 1 entrance with a foosball table, - large wooden terrace with garden furniture, - BBQ area, - ping-pong table All beds are made up of 80 x 200 or 160 x 200 mattresses. The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Guest access The location of the cottage will allow you to discover many sites. - Brière Regional Natural Park less than 5 min away. - Access to the RN165 between Nantes and Vannes in 10 minutes - La Roche Bernard and Vilaine 15 min away. - The beaches of Pénestin, the salt marshes, Guérande 20 min. - La Baule and Pornichet 25 min away, - Saint-Nazaire and its port 30 minutes away - Less than 5 minutes to shops. - Daily markets within 20 minutes. Other things to note The immediate neighborhood requires a certain discretion and parking is limited to 5-6 vehicles (no parking possible on the public road). Outdoor noise is limited from 11pm. Rented only by the week in July and August (decreasing rate on request) Outside of school holidays, it is possible to rent on weekends (Friday to Sunday). For weekends, the hours are from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm (minimum duration 2 nights). For extended weekends and the end-of-year holidays, rentals are for a minimum of 3 nights.
