Beautiful, open-concept home in upscale suburb near downtown with 3-car garage for guests. Boasting 6 bedrooms, 7 beds, 4 bathrooms, two spacious living rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and two decks with Evergreen views and outdoor Adirondack chairs, you're sure to find comfort and convenience in this incredible home! It is the epitome of convenience and comfort, with parks nearby, wide roads, grocery store, local drive-thru coffee stand, and Chaps restaurant a short drive or walk away. The space We offer a spacious home with plenty of cooking utensils, griddle, rice cooker, coffee, in a large kitchen with island and barstools, large family dining table and so much more! You’ll have the home all to yourself, including optional 3-car garage parking or street parking. Enjoy a fresh cup of morning coffee while you enjoy the views of lush evergreens within the Latah and Qualchan areas of Spokane, and possibly even see wildlife in our own backyard! Guests enjoy walking to the basketball court or park just down the road, or a more generous walk to Chaps Coffee & Restaurant, Yoke’s supermarket, Latah Bistro, Subway, gas station or local drive-thru coffee stand called Latah Latte. Reserve a game of golf at nearby Creek at Qualchan Golf course (seasonal). Aug 2024: There is construction at Latah exit, which prevents guests from driving the shortest distance between the stores and restaurants and the home. We don't know how long that road will be closed, but you must pass the Latah exit and drive to Qualchan Blvd to W Lincoln Blvd to access the home. To go back to Latah, you need to take W Lincoln Blvd to Qualchan Blvd to US-195, go right to the next intersection, turn left onto northbound US-195 and then take the Latah exit a few minutes down the road. There are approximately 6 steps up to the front door with handrails on both sides. You'll enter the front door and the open-concept top floor welcomes you! There are two bedrooms at the front of the home, with one common bathroom including toilet, tub insert with glass shower enclosure and vanity mirror for getting ready. These bedrooms have closets for hanging your clothes in or tucking away your belongings to help you feel more comfortable. At the back of the home, the third bedroom on this floor is the primary room with king bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted tub, toilet, double sinks and plenty of storage. This room also has direct access to the upstairs balcony with windows overlooking the hillside and all the views! This floor also has the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room with smart TV, Xfinity cable service and gas fireplace. The laundry room and mudroom to the garage are off the kitchen, with SpeedQueen washer and dryer. The 3-car garage offers parking out of the elements, and this is also where we store the trash and recycling bins. We have a single-cup coffee maker here with coffee and tea available. The kitchen has basic cooking supplies and utensils, serving dishes and cups, an Instant Pot, a toaster and a blender. From the dining room, if you head downstairs (approx 16 stairs), you'll find the second entertainment room with another smart TV, couch and plenty of room to stretch your legs. There are a few toys and games for the kids (Legos, boardgames) and a play rug for them to use as well. This open area is mostly hardwood and the sliding door opens to the lower-level back deck which has stairs down to the yard. Two bedrooms on this level have queen beds, both at the back of the house. One bedroom has en-suite bathroom and the other bathroom is in a common area, off the entertainment room. Both of these bathrooms have shower/tub inserts, toilet and vanity with sink to get ready. The third bedroom on this floor has two double beds, a closet and additional board games for guests' enjoyment. We do have a camera on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera does record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the street and is motion and sound activated. Our after-hours team does not have access to the Ring account so please do not ring the bell. If you encounter access issues, please call/text our 24/7 phone line. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas. We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay. Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. We use smartlocks, for simple self-check in and check out. Guests who wish to park inside the garage may do so by using the garage controls mounted inside the home. We do not provide garage clicker. Other things to note Please do not park in front of the neighbors' homes, and observe house rules. We want to honor the neighborhood and it's residents, not cause problems with our neighbors. They live and work here and, while we want you to have an incredible experience during your stay in Spokane, we also want to respect their privacy and their lives. Thank you! While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'. For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover. For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay. After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance. Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours. For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening. If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest.
