The space There is a beautiful view in the daylight and a magnificent beach where you can see the city lights at night. There will also be numerous ships waiting to set sail. They'll put on a visual show with their lights at night. Guest access There is a common area in the building that you can share with other residents. These are: Swimming Pool, Indoor Parking (you will have a private space), Gym, Sauna, Hot Room, Turkish Bath, Tennis Court, Children's Park and Basketball Court.
