We are located one block from the bay (you can put a canoe or kayak in the water) and less than 15 minutes from several beautiful beaches rated some of the best in the country. We are also approximately one mile south of downtown St. Pete, The Pier, USF, museums, Jannus Landing and art galleries. Plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. The space You will love the restored original pine floors, the large master bedroom with its raised ceiling and spa-like bathroom, the open living room/dining/kitchen concept, and the outdoor back patio with gas grill, perfect for a group of friends or family looking to relax after a day of exploring. The house comes equipped with everything you will need. There is Wi-Fi access throughout the house, a flat screen TV. The back patio has a gas grill, table, lounge chairs, and the front porch has chairs and a nice breeze; there is also a big front yard. We even have an office (bedroom 2) to accommodate the solo business retreat. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, cups, toaster, and many more. Condiments, spices, coffee, and tea are all available for guest use. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. We also provide you with fresh linens, towels, and bathroom amenities. This house is perfect for a group of friends or family! Guest access Guests at the house will have the full house to enjoy. The house has two full bathrooms (upstairs bathroom w/tub and master bathroom with a walk-in shower) and three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a two bunk beds, bedroom two has a trundle bed that can be converted into a king sized bed, and the master bedroom is very spacious with a queen bed. The house fits up to 6-8 persons and has a full size air mattress available upon request. Other things to note Our cat, Sugar, is an indoor/outdoor cat, and she will be staying at our house while we are way. She keeps to herself and spends the majority of her time outside. There is no litter box, and she does not need to be cared for at all. She loves a pet or a scratch behind the ears, but she does not enjoy being picked up! Please feel free to give her some love while we're away!
