Sunken Treasure WIFI, 8 min Troy

Bring the entire crew to this spacious place with lots of room, 9 minutes from Troy University, & everything else this city has to offer!! Fast Wifi, comfortable beds, large master bathroom with oversized tub, and recently renovated to feel like your staying in a beach condo. We are from Florida and wanted to bring a little of the beach vibe to Troy with us!! We’ve got a nephew attending school in Troy so thought we would have a place to share with others here :-) The space This is a manufactured home in a community of over 50+ manufactured homes…. New owners have insured the road was recently freshly paved and everyone had brand new wooden steps for safety to their homes…. I know the manager personally and she is very involved with her community!! Guest access Guests have full access exclusively to the home during there stay. Other things to note Only 2 parking spots assigned by the home, additional parking at the end of the street if needed for one more vehicle.
