The apartment is above the detached garage of the owners house. You will park in front of the garage walk along the side of it and climb an exterior stairs to second floor deck and French doors that access the apartment. Even though it is a shared property you have a very private space. Guests have full use of the apartment. The laundry downstairs is shared with neighboring cottage which is also owned by the same host. I work either from my home or two doors over at my boutique, so in general I am on the property very often. I respect your privacy and only interact with guest when you require it. Myself and employees at my boutique are available for any questions/concerns you have or for recommendations on the area.
