This conveniently located 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath sleeps up to 4 adults - includes a King Bed in the primary suite and full size bunk beds in the second bedroom. Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, range, microwave and refrigerator. Enjoy two outdoor patio areas and fire pit with seating. Situated 1 mile from the quaint town of Springville, CA close to the Tule River, mountain hiking, and the Springville Ranch. The space The Cozy Mustard Cottage is on a private lot complete with back deck seating and a separate fire pit with additional seating to the side. While the home does not have river access the Tule River can be heard flowing behind the property. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home and exterior. Other things to note **Please note that pets are not allowed at the cottage - an extra cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is disregarded** Please plan on purchasing food and beverages before your arrival, as Springville is (unfortunately) without a grocery store at this time.
