Come and spend a holiday, family event or small company summer days with us! The complex includes the use of the sauna and main house with a barrel sauna! The offer is ideal for a group of up to 10 people, but with extra beds, the holiday house can accommodate up to 14 overnight stays. Among the beautiful forests of Jõgevamaa there is a private, peaceful and all conditions for relaxation. It is also possible to book only the main house or a separate sauna house for accommodation. The space The main house is about 60m2, with a large kitchen-living room. The entire length of the house has a large comfortable terrace with furniture on which to have a good time. The whole house has underfloor heating and also a new stove with a large heat wall, which makes the holiday especially pleasant in winter. Directly from the main entrance there is a modern bathroom made from an old pantry - toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. The kitchen has a large folding dining table, kitchen furniture with all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed and a couple of comfortable armchairs. TV and music center. In the small bedroom behind the kitchen there is a large double bed. The second bedroom has 4x single beds, but they can also be folded. In front of the new sauna house there is a large terrace on which you can sunbathe and chill. If there are smaller children, they should not be on the terrace without supervision because there is no fence. Downstairs in the sauna house there is a fireplace to make it more cozy in the cool weather. Kitchen furniture with essentials for a mini-vacation and a fridge. A fold-out sofa bed that can also be used for sunbathing on the terrace. For sleeping, there is a larger sleeping area for 2 people in the upper part of the house, as well as 2 more mattresses that can be placed at your discretion. The best part of the house is a wood-fired sauna, which leaves an indelible impression on a serious sauna fan. It is also possible to rent a hot tub for an extra charge, where you can enjoy the falling stars in the evening. After the sauna, you can cool yourself in the pond in front of it and splash in the pond with a boat. The sauna is supplied with water from the pond by means of a water dispenser with which you can wash yourself. We also fill the barrel sauna with the same water. The pond water is naturally very clean, but not suitable for drinking! Behind the house is a modern Biolani outdoor toilet. Guest access Metsavahi farm is located in Mustvee parish, Jõgeva county, Laekannu village. The farm is located on a completely private forest estate, where a hundred years ago a forester lived with his family, after which the farm is named Metsavahi. There are several buildings on the land of nearly a hectare, one of which is the main house and the other is a new sauna house by a large pond. In the future, it is planned to renovate even more surrounding buildings. There is enough space for parking on the square between the sauna house and the main house. The pond is clean and freely accessible to guests. Other things to note If you wish to rent and use a barrel sauna - you must inform the owner as soon as possible and agree with the owner, because it takes time to fill it with water and supply it with firewood. There's a wifi connection in the main building, the code for which can be found on the spot. No smoking indoors! Barbecue only in the designated area! The number of guests is limited according to the reservation. Additional guests are only allowed by prior agreement!
