Dear guests, at Haus Sommerbrise you will enjoy a wonderful break from everyday life in a cozy, spacious apartment in the former farm. You can choose between the peace and idyll of the old villages of Neehausen, Volkmaritz and Elbitz, which have 278 inhabitants and are located in the "Laweketal" nature reserve, or extended hikes or bike tours through the nearby and further agricultural surroundings and the Mansfeld Lakes region, We recommend! The space Haus Sommerbrise is a former, very old, renovated farm with two apartments with separate entrances. We offer our guests the apartment on the ground floor as accommodation. The upper apartment is occupied by me and my wife. The farm is located in the municipality of Seegebiet Mansfelder Land in the quiet district of Neehausen, which, together with the directly adjacent districts of Volkmaritz and Elbitz, has 278 inhabitants. Neehausen, Volkmaritz and Elbitz are in close proximity to the “Laweketal” nature reserve and are surrounded by agricultural land. The pull-out couch in the living room offers sleeping space for one adult or two children. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace. The double bed in the bedroom offers sleeping space for two adults and a desk as a workstation (Wi-Fi connection is not available, but there is a good mobile network). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a sunken bathtub, shower, toilet and washing area. With the exception of two flat steps in the hallway, the apartment is barrier-free. There are nice seats to relax in the yard, as well as on the back terrace. In the courtyard you can stay outdoors even in rainy weather; it is partially protected by a 50 square meter canopy where you can grill, eat, play games, play table tennis, read, etc. using electric grills. So the stay is not just limited to the apartment. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, but smoking is possible in the yard and on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire ground floor apartment, the courtyard and the terrace and garden. Other things to note Parking is available in the courtyard, accessible via a manually operated sliding gate or directly opposite the house. An additional parking space for cars is currently being set up.
