The space Chesa Bunita Dus is a vacation apartment on the ground floor of a building that was built in autumn 2022 in one of the sunniest places in the village of Gaschurn. Everything your heart desires: the non-smoking apartments are fully equipped with high-quality furniture, appliances and accessories. Each apartment has a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a south-facing loggia with wonderful views. Controlled ventilation ensures an optimal indoor climate. Internet access with high-speed fiber optics is also standard. The barrier-free apartments are easily accessible via an elevator from the parking spaces in the carport. Each apartment is assigned a spacious, private storage room - ideal for sports equipment. A separate hobby and sports room is available for fun and games. And all this is included in the price. There are special rates for long-term stays. Other things to note We charge the following items separately: ● Charging package per electric motor vehicle per night with 25.00 EUR ● Flat rate per plug-in hybrid vehicle and night with 10.00 EUR ● Guest tax per person (from the age of 14) per night with 2.70 EUR The prices quoted include statutory value-added tax.
