The house is located in the Santa Rosa sector, on the shores of the Lake, with a direct exit to it. The location is ideal as it is less than a 5-minute walk from Paula (area with supermarket, shops and restaurants). Also, it has a second cabin which has a bedroom on the upper level and a living room on the lower level. Finally, it has a large garden, with patios and a parking lot for boats. We have 3 parking lots. The space Main house with 3 bedrooms, (3 double beds, one in each bedroom; 2 beds of 1 1/2 places in two bedrooms). The master bedroom is located on the first level and has a private bathroom (shower). The second level has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There is a second two-story house. The first level includes a living room with a bathroom and the second level a large bedroom with multiple beds and bathroom.
