Born from the need to slow down and immerse ourselves in Nature, we have tried to make this place warm and comfortable. The elements are simple and refined, without haste. The view towards the valley is breathtaking. The mountain village of Rossa is waiting to be discovered, relaxing and perfectly guarded by its inhabitants. Many well-marked trails start from the village. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the Mera ski lifts, in 30 minutes Alagna and in 50 minutes the lakes. Rafting landings are nearby. The space The apartment is totally new and consists of a living area with a kitchen complete with dishwasher, combined oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, and a working old Felici-Prato stove from the early 1900s. A double bedroom, a sitting area with a double sofa bed and an internal staircase to access the mezzanine with 3 single beds/huge double bed; bathroom and 2 terraces. Guest access The house is accessed directly from the parking lot via a private staircase or via an old mule track from the town square (less than a 1-minute walk) Other things to note There is an antenna in our house, but we decided to stay without television. However, there are some books, some board games, cards and maps of the mountains. There is also a small internal wooden staircase to access the mezzanine without a child gate.
