Relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Due to its location, it strays away from all of the noise and the busy areas of Ocean City with just the perfect amount of FUN! Located bayside; head to the back dock to catch a phenomenal sunset. The space This unit is a studio apartment with a room divider. There is a Queen Bed in the room section and a sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom and a full kitchen with dining table and a balcony. - 1 Parking Pass always available. If you need 2 please let us know ahead of time. Guest access - Guests have access to the entire unit. - Elevator available in building if needed, however unit is just a quick walk up the stairs. - Luggage carts available for use, located in the lobby, please return ASAP. - Outdoor shower available near the main entrance to wash off sand from the beach - Guests also have access to Laundry Room located on the second floor. ($2 per wash/dry) (8:30am - 10pm) - Guests have access to picnic table in the back parking lot and outdoor grill. Other things to note BLU Crabhouse is located right next door if you don't want to go far to grab a bite to eat OR make your way to the famed waterfront restaurant, FISH TALES, which is also just a few minutes walk. Ember's Island Mini Golf can be seen from the balcony if you're looking for something fun to do close by. Your rental is also within a short walk of a variety of other restaurants and attractions. Ocean City’s iconic boardwalk is less than a mile away and don't forget to spend the day at the beach that is also just a short walk away.
