Countryside&shops/cafes all within walking distance. 20-25 min to city centre on yellow Supertram (Leppings Lane stop 3 mins walk from house). Also convenient for hospitals, particularly Northern General & Kelham Island. Some storage in room. Sharing lounge, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (over bath shower) with friendly working professional. Washing machine (but no dryer). Small back garden. Free street parking. Guest access Private double room for max 2 guests. Shared bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and over bath shower. Shared equipped kitchen. Shared living room with sofa, armchair and tv. Sharing with one working hralthcare professional. During your stay I work full time but will respond to messages as soon as possible.
