Our freshly updated condo is ideal for a Lake Tahoe getaway. All three bedrooms are appointed with plush memory foam mattresses. Futon sleeper (child under 10) and pack n play. Smart TVs in all rooms. This condo is completely stocked with everything you need. Our home is smoke and pet free. Walk to Everything! 10 Min to the beach. The kitchen is beautifully done with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is no dining room table, but there is seating for 6 at the oversized kitchen island. Enjoy the pine tree views from the balcony or back patio (on the lower floor). The upper balcony is off the family room and has a BBQ for grilling. One of the bedrooms is over-sized for families with small children (futon couch and pack-n-play available in this room). YoutubeTV service provided in all rooms with login access to Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix. Laundry facility available onsite for a fee. Parking passes provided for two vehicles for the duration of the stay. Air Conditioning units provided in all bedrooms and in the upstairs living area for those warm afternoons. Laundry room is located steps away and the machines accept payment via your smartphone app. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condominium. Additionally, guests have access to all three private beaches for a daily fee(just use punch cards provided and reimburse the owner) . Other things to note We provide free coffee during your stay by way of a top of the line keurig.
