It is ideal for everyone looking for a beautiful, warm and welcoming apartment. ✧ THINGS WE HAVE Items we provide include bed linen, towels (no slippers, no bathrobe), liquid soap (no shampoo), washing powder, toilet paper, iron, hair dryer and cooking items (no spices). All amenities are provided once at the start of your stay. If you need to change bedding and towels during your stay, you can order for an additional fee of $10 per set, an additional set will cost $15. Cleaning during the stay is available for an extra charge. ✧ IF MORE THAN 2 GUESTS If you specify more than 2 guests in your reservation, the price will include an extra set of linen and towels for the sofa. Guest will have access to the entire apartment as it is kept exclusively for their use. Welcome to our apartment! We hope you will feel like home while enjoying Armenia! ✧ CHECK-IN-OUT, LUGGAGE STORAGE The earliest you can check-in is 14:00 and the latest you have to check-out is 12:00. You can check-in/out during the evening/night hours, too. Sadly, there are no lockers or a place to store your luggage in our apartment. So, if there is a mismatch between your travel schedule and our check-in/out hours, please consider booking an extra day. In accordance with local legislative requirements, after confirming your reservation, we kindly request that you provide copies of your passports before the check-in date. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be required to sign an accommodation agreement, which will be available in the apartment.
