Brittons Hill - adorable 2/1 with full kitchen

Kick back and relax in this calm, adorable space. The guesthouse has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a full kitchen, and access to a shared pool. (Host is onsite in a separate unit.) We are walking distance to Stetson and adorable downtown DeLand. With Disney being less than an hour and half South, St. Augustine less than an hour and half North, and the beach less than forty minutes East this is a great spot to explore East Central Florida. The space The guesthouse has a full kitchen and is super close to downtown DeLand which is full of restaurants and shops. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and window shades to allow for a full night’s rest. The pool is shared and includes a couple of lounge chairs to relax. Free WiFi and a TV are also available for use. I live on property so you will likely see me around. However, your space is completely separate and you will have privacy. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone for the duration of your stay. Guest access The guesthouse is separate and private. You will also have access to the small pool which is shared with me and my guests. No keys to lose or to return! Other things to note The doors to the bedrooms are old and do creak. The TV is a smart TV. There is no cable tv. As a reminder, I live on property but the guesthouse is separate with its own entrance and living space.
