A lovely, nicely appointed, very clean ground level condo. Just yards from the base of the Mountain, it is a fully remodeled villa that has everything you need for a great adventure at the Mountain or anywhere Up North. Large kitchen with bar and plenty of counterspace, storage and seating. Cozy condo with a king bed in first room, single over full bunk bed and another full bed in second room, queen bed in third room. A short distance from the Boyneland run, Avalanche Bay Waterpark, Grand Mountain lodge and all the restaurants and shops at the base of the Mountain. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The den has recent updates with a beautiful fireplace and an updated kitchen with all amenities. There's also a central A/C and a stackable washer and dryer so you have everything you need to make yourselves at home. You can hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain. We rent many properties at Boyne Mountain so if you have a large group, let us know. We will help you accommodate all those in your group.
