The space In Toulouse, in the heart of the city and close to all shops and transport, discover this unique accommodation with a bedroom located on the 10th floor, offering a remarkable view of Toulouse and its region. Please stay at home! Our place is not a hotel but a characterful apartment designed to offer you a beautiful experience: - Located very close to Matabiau Station, the apartment enjoys beautiful bright exposure and paid parking (Effia) nearby. - A friendly living room with table and chairs, sofa (worn out), armchairs, coffee table and TV 44’’ high speed wifi (fiber 400 Mb/s) and storage (not renovated) as well as a large balcony overlooking Toulouse! - A fully equipped kitchen with a sink (stained), fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle, cooking utensils, battery of pots and pans, Nespresso coffee maker (pods not provided). - A bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm) and an amazing view of North Toulousain. - One bathroom with shower (some worn tiles), large sink and some storage. Separate toilet "in their juice". Enjoy the charm of the old combined with a partial renovation and a tasteful decoration, live an unparalleled experience! The whole apartment is heated in winter (18° maximum in the room). Guest access You can enjoy the entire place for the duration of your stay. Although partially renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has the elements of the old (stained sink, broken tiles, abundant dust...). Other things to note We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too, we like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. In particular, we will ask you for your identity documents, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the security deposit imprint by bank card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab).
