The perfect space for the young (or young at heart), looking for something exciting and unique! There is a lounge/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster). Shower & WC. This is more a work of art than a room. With extravagant, exotic, flowing murals and a golden, glittering ceiling, illuminated by chandeliers. The bed is a double mattress set in it's own small but glittering, sparkly chamber. This room is unconventional. Please read ALL parts of this listing BEFORE requesting to book. The space The artistry extends to the shower which is a bespoke creation, and also the futuristic style WC with 3D effect wall decoration. The room has a private en-suite WC and shower. This is an unusual space so please take care to check all the photos. Nothing about this room is conventional so do not hesitate to ask if anything is not clear. I will respond to any messages and requests to book as soon as I can, and usually within a few minutes. This room is in high demand, but it would certainly not suit everyone. I do not accept bookings if I am not sure that the accommodation is suited to guests' needs. So unless your booking request gives me a strong indication you have thoroughly checked the photos and read the description then the request is likely to be refused. Please note this room is at the back of the house so sadly no view of the sea. The room is on the first floor. There is no lift, only stairs. Also please note this room has limited storage space. There is a small chest of drawers and some hangers to hang clothes onto coat hooks in the room. PARKING: There is on street pay parking in the area. Most of the nearby parking is limited to 2 or 4 hours. However there is also longer term parking. There are 2 options. The closest is Marine Parade, The seafront road at the bottom of my street. This option is expensive. The cost is from £5 per hour, but free between 8pm and 9am. Cost for 24 hours is about £20. This street gets very busy and you may find it difficult to find a space. A much cheaper option is Freshfield Rd. (BN2 0BJ). The cost is from £1.20 per hour but free between 8pm and 9am. The cost for 24 hours is £6-7. It is generally much easier to find a space to park and is about 5-8 minutes walk from the house. In both cases you can pay by phone so you don't need to return to the car to top up the meter. Guest access The room is a self contained studio and there are no other communal areas or facilities Other things to note This room is on the first floor. there is no lift, only stairs
