Property in the woods

A holiday home dedicated to nature and relaxation, from here you can see the Alps and the Apennines, you will enjoy a breathtaking view! House equipped with all comforts and eco-friendly: photovoltaic, solar panels. 3 bedrooms with private bathroom. Laundry, garden with barbecue and parking. You can take walks in the woods, 2 km away you can go up the Giaredo straits, visit the medieval villages and the cities of art in the area or quickly reach the famous Cinque Terre, Lerici, La Spezia and Versilia. The space The house can accommodate 8 people, but if you want, for a small additional cost, you can add extra beds (ask for information). If the house is rented for less than 2 people, a room (€130.00) with a private bathroom plus laundry, kitchen, and garden with a swimming pool for exclusive use will be assigned. Unused rooms remain closed. For further requests on room changes, ask for information. During your stay During your stay, I will be as present as possible and in the way you prefer the most: personally or by phone. Documents will be required for registration at the police station. Other things to note Guests who stay 1 week or more and prefer not to use the washing machine, will be charged a fee of €10.00 per change of sheets or towels.
