Honestly, it's not really comfortably accessible for people with mobility issues or small animals, like our dog friends. Upstairs there is a small bathroom with a shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink with a mirror, and a water heater on one side. A double bedroom with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a small wardrobe. From this floor, you can access the very nice and cozy garden, which has a gazebo with a table and chairs, a grill for outdoor cooking, and a swimming pool measuring approximately 5x3 meters with a depth of 1.2 meters, an outdoor shower, and deck chairs. The house is located near a state road, and during this period, work has begun on the new interchange to enter the neighboring town of Anchiano. At the back of the house, where we have the aforementioned garden, which is very nice and the best part of the house, we overlook the fields and olive groves of the town and see a lot of greenery. It gives the impression of being immersed in nature, but it's a shame about the noise from the vehicles passing by on the road. We have a parking space next to the house, accessible from a paved secondary road. On the first floor, there is also an external staircase that leads directly to the garden. The house is equipped with air conditioning, with one split unit per room and one on the lower floor to provide pleasant, cool air throughout the house. The house is designed for living and enjoying the garden and swimming pool.
