Relax with the whole family at this beautiful mountain getaway! Situated on Hudson Bay Mountain in Smithers BC, Alpine Getaway will become your new happy place. Take deep breaths of the alpine air…relax, regroup and revitalize! The space The home can comfortably sleep 8. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All beds are custom made including the twin bunk beds built strong enough to hold 4 adults! Open plan living which gives ample space to gather around the island, take a seat at the large dining table, or hang out on the couches in the living room all while maintaining your social conversations! The kitchen is well stocked with everyday items you may require ie. baking sheets, coffee maker (with reusable filter-no need for coffee filters!), toaster, blender, instant pot, etc. There is a propane BBQ on the deck with 4 deck chairs to soak up the sun. There is an Xbox game console, board games, cards and DVDs for some down time. Guest access A true ski in/ski out! The home is located in the new real estate development on Hudson Bay Mountain; a 20 minute drive from the town of Smithers. During winter months, the ski trail access is steps from the back door taking you to the bottom of the chair lift via Upper Sidewinder. When the snow melts, check out the bike and hiking trails at the top which are a 2 minute drive away. Other things to note The home has full power, water and flushing toilets. In case of a power outage, there is a back up generator that will kick in automatically and you can continue you getaway with very little interruptions! There is 3G cell coverage in the home and around the mountain as well as wifi. Feel free to be as connected or disconnected as you would like!
