Looking for a cozy and convenient short-term rental in a great location? Our studio apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. With its convenient location, you'll be just steps away from all the action, whether you're looking to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or simply want to stroll through the beautiful, historic streets of Saint Paul. We are located near the highway for easy access to everything the Twin Cities has to offer. The space Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of our basement apartment in our owner-occupied triplex, which features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and a cozy seating area. The laundry room is shared with the two other units, and is located just outside of this studio apartment for easy access. The ceiling height may be too low for guests taller than 6'4". We prioritize sustainability by using eco-friendly products whenever we can—including Meliora hand soap and paper goods made from bamboo and recycled materials. The backyard is a shared space for tenants, equipped with a propane grill, patio dining set, and hammocks to enjoy the great Minnesota summer. We are working on turning the front and back yards into a sustainable habitat environment by planting native perennial plants--it's a work in progress! Located in a friendly neighborhood, our studio apartment is close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our short-term rental is the perfect home base for your stay. The Selby West Shopping District is less than a mile away-- full of vintage stores, delicious dining options, and fun places to shop! Other things to note We have two friendly dogs and one cat who will occasionally spend time alone in the backyard on nice days.
