Stylish Guestroom in Glockenbachviertel

Our guest room is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful, historic building directly at Gärtnerplatz/Glockenbachviertel (about 3 minutes to subway station Fraunhoferstraße). The guest room has over 3m high ceilings, parquet flooring and beautiful double windows and doors. It is about 22 sqm and has its own balcony with table and chairs. It also has a desk, an open wardrobe, a comfortable bed (140x200cm), a nice reading corner and many other details, which you can see on our photos. The space In addition to your own room, you will share the following rooms with us: Our kitchen, including a small dining table where you can use everything and also cook, make coffee or whatever comes to mind. The kitchen also has a balcony where flowers and herbs grow, which you can use for cooking. We also have a large living and dining room that you can use at any time, a bathroom with a bath and an additional bathroom with a toilet. The other rooms in our flat, as well as the third balcony, are used privately by my husband and me and our two daughters - when we are not at work or on the road. Guest access With about 120 square meters, our apartment is certainly big enough for everyone to enjoy his or her privacy; although I would like to point out that during the week from 7:30 a.m. it is not as quiet as a mouse and our guest room is therefore not suitable for late risers ;-). But from 8:30 a.m. on most of us are out of the house and thanks to the internet and your own workstation you can work from your room at any time. Other things to note Transportation: - Subway station Fraunhoferstrasse (3min away) - Bus station Blumenstrasse (directly in front of the door) - Underground parking garage/ parking lot at Schrannenhalle (220m away) Surroundings: Gärtnerplatz/Glockenbachviertel is known for its exciting nightlife. From bars to restaurants, small boutiques and bookstores to nightclubs, it's all here and thanks to the great location of our apartment, it's not far to your bed. In addition, the Viktualienmarkt with its fruit, vegetable, meat, fish, flower and many other shops is within sight. And also the Isar with its cozy banks and extensive bike and jogging trails is less than 4 minutes walk away.
