This beautiful 2-room, new, independent 40 m² apartment is in the semi-basement of our house, with 2 windows and a separate entrance through the garden. It is located in Pierrelaye in a very pleasant and quiet residential area, 1.8 km from the Patte-d'Oie d'Herblay, the 2nd largest shopping area in France and 1 km from Lidl. It is accessible by RER C and H (Pierrelaye station) 7 min walk. Paris center in 30 minutes. The space The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, fryer, pressure cooker, pots and pans, dishes, raclette and fondue set, air fryer, pancake maker and croque monsieur and waffle maker. The living room and bedroom are equipped with a TV. Washer and dryer are extra. An EV charger is available on site (€5 per hour of charging). You can also enjoy a large garden with swimming pool and garden furniture.
