Large Venice Craftsman Home is a sun-drenched modern hideaway where coastal light flows through open spaces. Float outside through French doors to your personal zen garden backyard with a BBQ and back deck - then drift up to the rooftop deck for an epic LA sunset. Our beach pad has 5 bedrooms including the media den with sofa (transforms to a full bed), 3 spa-inspired full bathrooms. Viking, SubZero and Miele kitchen. In the "Walk Streets" near Abbot Kinney Blvd. Close to ocean (15 min walk). The space Our home is a blissful and perfect escape for families, friends and colleagues, but please note that we are a family home in a family neighborhood. Zero tolerance for loud guests and drunken misconduct. Our neighbors are our friends and crucial to us. No loud gatherings. No groups above 10 people. No loud music. Located three short blocks from Abbot Kinney Blvd with a driveway parking spot. Our house has 5 bedrooms including the TV Room/Den with a fold-out couch (turns into a full bed) and 3 full bathrooms. Wifi, and Cable TV. Fully furnished home with bedding, gourmet chef’s kitchen and all premium appliances. The House: Two decks - one on first floor and one on 3rd floor with views of Venice. We believe our house can comfortably sleep 9-10 people. Additional guests and pets are welcome for a fee (up to 10 people total). 1st Floor: Kitchen with 6 burner Viking stove, Subzero 48” fridge, Viking beverage fridge, Miele dishwasher and two sinks. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining ware. Dining room with french doors to the backyard. Living room with two couches and a downstairs full bathroom. TV room with a fold out queen couch/bed and 55” flat screen “Frame TV" with live cable channels and all the apps. Front yard with porch. Exterior security camera facing street and front yard. Back deck with garden, outdoor teak dining table and benches. Exterior security camera facing yard and fence. 2nd Floor: Primary Bedroom with king bed, sunlight nook and daybed: sleeps 2 plus 1 (on daybed). 55” TV with cable channels and all the apps Primary Bathroom with soaking tub and expansive shower. 2nd bedroom with full bed and 32” “Frame” TV with live cable: sleeps 2 3rd bedroom with built-in queen bed in sunlight nook and twin daybed. This room sleeps 2 comfortably or 3 cozily . House is fully stocked with extra towels and bedding. 3rd Floor: Exterior spiral staircase to access roof deck with expansive views of Venice and the Santa Monica Mountains. Attic bedroom suite is just off of the deck, featuring a king bed and twin bed/extra-long seating area (can fit two small children length wise). Sleeps 2, plus 1 child (or 2 small children) on the long bench bed. Guest access Keypad locks are on all exterior doors. All water in the house is filtered and purified. Driveway with one parking space is included. Three blocks away from Abbot Kinney Blvd. (a five minute walk). Close to Ocean and Venice Boardwalk (but not TOO close). Within the “Walk Street” neighborhood, great for strolling with kids, Oakwood Park is three blocks away. Other things to note 1. Please note we have two exterior security cameras on the property. One security camera is on the front of house facing the yard and street. The other camera is on the back of the house facing the yard and fence. 2. Bookings longer than 1 week will be charged a weekly cleaning fee of $325. Payment can be made directly to our house keeper. 3. Our pet fee is $100 per pet, per visit. Up to two dogs allowed.
