Other things to note Pool Heating: Enjoy a year-round relaxation in your own complimentary heated private pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The pool is heated from the months of October through April. A $100 pet fee per pet applies for the entire stay—please let us know if you’ll be bringing furry friends along! Our home is located in a quiet residential area, perfect for relaxation, just steps from the beach. Regular maintenance, like pool cleaning and landscaping, occurs weekly to ensure a pristine stay. Please note: No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We also recommend travel insurance for peace of mind, as we adhere to strict cancellation policies. Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue. We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to view the waiver terms prior to booking! There is a $500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
