Other things to note In 2022 and 2023, we completely renovated the Schleiferei II industrial monument, which now houses a total of six separate, modern holiday apartments. When designing, we followed the maxim of identifying and developing the particular charm of the historic building. Visible screet floors, raw masonry walls and exposed steel structural elements could thus be combined to create a harmonious overall impression. This is complemented by furniture that consist of a combination of vintage elements and modern design. For example, table tops were made from historic roof beams and combined with contemporary steel elements, beds were manufactured according to our own designs and juxtaposed with timeless design classics. The individual lighting concept highlights the particular features of each individual apartment.
