The space Warm up and get cozy in the kitchen with the vintage wood burning stove as you drink your coffee or eat your breakfast on the handmade dining table with seating for six (bench underneath table). In the sitting area, enjoy your coffee and read a book or watch the birds and squirrels provide entertainment. My grandchildren love this place, they love to run around, so bring the family, or make it a romantic time to unwind. There is also a guitar for the artistic side of you or just to practice on your friends. - 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths as follows: - Downstairs Master Bedroom has Cal King bed w/55 inch SMART TV w/Roku, - Downstairs Full Bath outside of Master Bedroom, - Upstairs 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin bed, - Upstairs 3rd bedroom has a queen and twin bed, - 1/2 bathroom upstairs Guest access There is ample parking. Two parking spots in front of the house and 1 in front of the garage. No need to move cars. The Village of Idyllwild is a few minutes away. The street is a very pleasant tree-lined street with neighbors walking their dogs. Other things to note . . . The house has a completely fenced back yard and a fenced side yard located outside of the laundry room. I have a separate studio with its own entrance in the back of the cabin that is rented to my housekeeper’s niece. Nothing is shared . . . The house sits on 1/3 acre of land which allows for plenty of snow play. Slight incline on long driveway for possible sledding. . . . Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional fee of 50.00 per pet.
