Castle-inspired accommodation
Romantic get-away
Description
Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on the outskirts of Mölnlycke. Walls and ceilings are adorned with stucco, mirrors and art by Gunnar Eriksson, who owned the house from 1964 to 2012. The accommodation is close to both Gothenburg and neighboring Hårssjön-Rambo bog nature reserve. Here you live outside the city's noise but within reach of events such as concerts, festivals and everything else Gothenburg has to offer. Between November 6 and January 10, Gunnar's Grandeur is decorated for Christmas. Pets are welcome. The space Odd, charming, quite old-fashioned but very homey accommodation is offered to those who are not stuck on the modern style. Here, both flaws and beautiful things coexist and create a unique atmosphere. Let go of everyday life and enjoy paintings painted by Gunnar Eriksson, be fascinated by antique gadgets, enjoy Gunnar's beautiful stucco that he made together with his daughter Jenny who is now the owner of the house. Guest access As a guest, you have full access to the first floor of the house. The apartment consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. You are cordially welcome to use the almost 3000 sqm garden. Note that a deer family lives in the garden, so if you have a dog with you, use a leash for their safety. During your stay I may not always be home but check messages often and if there is something urgent, I am on the phone. Other things to note I live in the basement but the passage between the floors is closed so you will not meet in the house but probably outside in the garden. Looking forward to meeting you! //Jenny
