Lovely apartment close to the metro, Albert Cuyp market, RAI and the Pijp with all its restaurants and coziness. You can have breakfast around the corner at Vinnies or @Seven, lunch on Maasstraat at D&A Hummus, dine at one of the many restaurants on Scheldestraat, or walk into the Pijp or the city for more options. Metro 52 and tram 12 are around the corner. You can reach Schiphol within 25 minutes and CS within 15 minutes by public transport. Only for quiet people, due to thin walls and floors. The space 3rd floor: Living room with 3-person sofa, nice hanging chair and view of trees. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space and a large table. You can use cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper and a coffee maker. In the bathroom, 2 closets to store your things, nice towels and a large bathtub with shower. In the bedroom, a four-poster bed with mosquito net and almost no view of the neighbors due to the many trees (they will not see you thanks to privacy foil). 4th floor: Upstairs a 2nd bedroom with a small double bed (140x200) and a fantastic sunny roof terrace with seating area. It can be noisy, this apartment is not for the party squad: you must not be a burden to the neighbors. So no late night dinner parties, afters, no parties on the terrace or stomping on the stairs. It is a nice romantic weekend away and discover Amsterdam from a nice nest. Guest access Living room, 2 bedrooms, toilet, kitchen, roof terrace, balcony 1 room is closed, as are several closets. Other things to note Not for the party squad. If you want to party, come home late, and make noise: book another apartment. Rules: • Please be considerate of the neighbors. Be quiet and silent between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. They are fine with me renting out my apartment from time to time, but they can cause problems if you give them reason to. You and I could both face fines, police and other hassles. Please be kind, keep it quiet, be quiet when others are sleeping and be especially quiet on the stairs and terrace. It's really noisy. Shoes off, watch your footsteps, don't bang. • No smoking. Not inside, not on the stairs, not on the balcony. On the terrace is fine, if you make sure that the smoke does not blow in and you clean up the cigarette butts neatly.
