Escape the city and unwind in your private, fully renovated mountain retreat in Crestline, CA. Set on a quiet street with stunning views, this thoughtfully designed cabin offers modern amenities, AC, a whole-house generator, and refined comforts throughout. Enjoy our cabin as an ideal setting to relax, recharge, and savor mountain living. The space Our property borders the San Bernardino mountains protected area, and is very quiet and peaceful. We do have plenty of animal visitors, including bears, coyotes, mountain lions, skunks, squirrels, so do be conscious when heading outside and disposing of trash. Also, please do not park on the street, or you will get towed and cited. Parking is available for free on the parking pad across from the cabin. Guest access Guests have access to the entire top floor of the house except one locked closet in the primary bedroom upstairs and the under storage area below the house. The bottom floor in not accessible at this time. Other things to note *Please Read Before Booking* HOUSE RULES You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully. There is a San Bernadino county noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 11pm. The property is in a quiet mountain area, so please be mindful of our neighbors. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund. ▸ Checkout time is 11am ▸ Check-in time is 4pm-12am (fees apply after 10pm) ▸ No fires at all, high fire danger area. ▸ No parking on street or a citation will be issued to guest for $1000 by the county. ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 11pm-7am. ▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500 if these events occur. ▸ Guests are not permitted in locked/closed off areas of house. This includes the storage room outside, bottom floor, some cabinets, and the primary bedroom closet. ▸ No smoking/vaping/drug use of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of at least $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets and furniture, and treat air if any smoke or substance is detected. ▸ No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than stated in your reservation). ▸ Trash is dropped off at the local waste disposal site. If you would like pickup, it can be arrange for additional fees. ▸ No duplication of keys. Lost keys subject to $50 minimum fee ▸ Note that this is our home.
