The room is fullly funitured with queen bed, fridge, microwave, desk, computer chair, and bookshelf. The size is 10x16. The space The room is about 10x16 in demension with a 6x8 private bathroom. Fully funished with queen bed, double-door small fridge, desk, office chair, and bookshelf. All guests can use the guest internet. The rent is for one guest. Max number of guest for the room is 1. Guest access Upon arrival, guest will be given temporary private door lock code and home security code. Guests should park on the driveway or the street in front the house. During your stay Airbnb messaging. Other things to note 1. No damage to properties, no crimes, no weapons, no drugs, no smoking, no pets allowed in house. If smoking outside, please clean up afterwards. 2. Limited kitchen use to cook food - no oily, fried, and strong-odor cooks, communicate kitchen use-time & clean up for others afterwards. 3. If credit is not good, the host will cancel the booking. 10. The house was purchased and dedicated for our small home church meeting purpose with the owners living in. Considering the fair necessity, convenience and benefits of both the owners and the tenant, the tenant shall understand, not be offended by and not interrupt with our regular weekly church meetings and activities. The tenant shall feel free whether to join us for the meetings, activities and free meals for the meetings and activities. 11.
