The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower and washing machine, with towels provided for your comfort. The English toilet is separated from the bathroom, ensuring better privacy. A small air-conditioned living area is furnished with two single benches, offering a friendly space to relax or sleep. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful 20 m² courtyard, equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. Cameras are installed inside the villa, in the garage, on the top floor terrace, as well as in the outdoor courtyard. However, I want to make it clear that these cameras will not be placed inside your accommodation, in order to respect your privacy. In addition, motion sensors are also in place to enhance the security of the entire property. It's also important to note that during your stay, your listing does not have an internet connection. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some, but we hope it will also allow you to disconnect and make the most of your time. Regarding the surrounding area, please be aware that the subdivision is still under development. Therefore, you may encounter noise pollution due to nearby work. We do everything we can to minimize inconvenience, but thank you in advance for your understanding. As for the long carpet in the hallway, we provide this accessory only if you agree to wash and dry it 24 hours before your departure. The carpet is stored in the bedroom's dressing room, and we would appreciate it if you could respect this instruction in order to maintain the cleanliness of the villa for future guests.
