Located in Solterra Resort, we just short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, & LegoLand. The space This Disney Vacation Home is upgraded interior designs in bedrooms and living area. New 65” 4K smart TV in living room with new 50" Samsung 4K smart TVs in bedrooms. Even comes with a fully loaded PS3 with a large game library for your guests. New furniture including large oversized bunks and two king sized master bedrooms giving you a total occupancy of 10 guests. If you're looking for a vacation home, this is the one. Location can't get any better being just short distance from Disney World and popular restaurants. You'll love the lagoon style community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center, volleyball & more. Please note that the home is considered to be self catering. We provide a starter kit of basic supplies/toiletries for your stay. Guest access Guest has access to entire space, pool with a entire conservation view. Waterpark and all amenities are fully included with your stay free of charge as a valued guest of ours! Other things to note The resort charges a ONE-TIME $35 Amenities Access Fee to use on-site amenities (price is for all guests in the home). It is a one-time charge for your stay and non-refundable. Guests must provide the property address, rental and vehicle information at clubhouse front desk. Please avoid wearing dirty or muddy shoes in the home. Pool - Guests Use the pool at their own risk. All consumable items are self service, but items that are initially complementary for the first night: toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, shampoo and soap. These are intended to help with arrival night and would recommend that you also shop for household items that you will be consumed. We have pots and pans in the kitchen. Optional pool heat is available for $30/day . We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of October and May. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that. (duration request is for entire stay.) We would totally recommend as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use. There is no usable BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge.
