Duplex above a workshop

Nice duplex above a pottery workshop. You will find a double bedroom, a shower room and a bathroom, a kitchen and a small living room under the roof. Access is through a shared entrance with the ceramic workshop. No elevator. The house is located in a quiet and green area, within walking distance of small shops, restaurants, Sonian Forest and direct tram/bus to the city center (approx. 30 min. for Avenue Louise or Grand-Place). The space The bedroom consists of a king-size double bed. Guest access Upon entering the house, my pottery workshop is on the right (private space) and your spaces on the floors (1st and second). Note that your spaces are not enclosed in relation to this shared entrance, the stairwell being open to the entrance (I am in principle the only one to pass through there to access my workshop, usually during the day). Other things to note Free street parking but it is located in the BLUE ZONE, it is necessary to place the parking disc in front of the windshield from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (every day except Sundays and public holidays) and change it every 2 hours. Or park outside the blue zone (I can send you the map).
