Head downstairs where you'll find your own washer/dryer, a convenient kitchenette with a minifridge and coffee maker, a family room with a foosball table and flatscreen TV, and your very own indoor hot tub! And outside, meet up on the deck where you can work on your tan, fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco, or just kick back with a cool drink on lazy afternoons. Things to Know There is a new house being built two doors down and will create periodic noise Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The house will be decorated for the holidays: The whole month of November leading up to Thanksgiving (fall and Thanksgiving decor) and the whole month of December leading up to Christmas (winter and Christmas decor). This includes a decorated tree inside the house. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
