About half the space is a comfortable size bedroom. There is a full bathroom and a kitchenette area with a small flex sofa and dining table. The spacious second story deck is 20' x 10' with 2 comfortable chairs and a patio coffee table. The loft comes with private entrance and exclusive use of the second story deck. I’m always available through the Airbnb app and I encourage guests to text or call me directly if they need anything. Fountain Square is a cool, vibrant neighborhood on the southeastern edge of downtown Indy. The Cultural Trail connects it with the rest of downtown and provides great opportunities for biking, walking, and people watching. Known as an entertainment hub for its live music venues, arts scene, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, it has its own unique vibe that attracts a diverse cross section of people. Lucas Oil Stadium – 1.2 miles (24 minute walk) Gainbridge Fieldhouse – 1 mile (18 minute walk) Hi-Fi Indy – 0.4 miles (7 minute walk) Mass Ave. - 1.4 miles (30 minute walk) Cultural Trail: the Cultural Trail is a dedicated walking/biking trail that provides great access to downtown areas and local attractions. The trail runs the length of the Fountain Square neighborhood along Virginia Ave, which is 3 blocks south of my place. Walking: Anywhere in Fountain Square is a 5-10 minute walk from my place. Anywhere downtown or Mass Ave. is a 15-35 minute walk. Biking: There are several bike share locations nearby along the Cultural Trail where you can rent bikes by the hour or by the day. E-Scooters: there are always electric scooters available in the neighborhood and along the Cultural Trail. Uber/Lyft: Uber and Lyft will generally be less than a $10 fare anywhere downtown, if not during a super busy time. If you plan to go downtown/Mass Ave and don’t feel like walking, I recommend Uber/Lyft. Free parking downtown is very limited. Guests have exclusive use of the loft and private second story deck. All other areas, including the back yard, are not for guest use. The 2 individual-size bedding options are a lay-flat chair with ottoman and a small flex sofa that pulls out. Each of these sleeps 1 person and are best suited for children, smaller adults, and/or shorter stays. Plush pillows, sheets, and soft comforters are provided for use with the individual bedding. If you are a party of 2, I generally assume both guests will be sharing the king bed so please message me in advance if a guest plans to use an individual bedding option so I can be sure to set out extra pillows, sheets, and comforter.
