Comfortably sleeping up to four guests, the space offers a cozy pull-out bed, plush pillows, and soft linens to guarantee a good night's sleep after your adventures. The living area is equipped with a state-of-the-art 50' smart TV and Netflix, so whether you're in the mood for a laughter-filled movie night or want to catch up on your favourite shows, you're covered. Curl up on the plush bed, pop some popcorn, and let the good times roll. Our kitchenette is more than just a corner of the room; it's a spot for culinary creativity. Decked out with basic utensils, it has everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a late-night snack. The fridge is perfect for storing your favourite refreshments, and there's always a supply of complimentary sugar and tea for that much-needed morning boost or relaxing evening cup. Beyond this, our dining area awaits, ready for shared meals, stories, and laughter. And for a little outdoor respite, step out onto our charming balcony, where you can take in the city's energy while savouring your morning tea or winding down with a drink. But that's not all - we've got a delightful surprise waiting for you. Self Check-In: For your privacy and convenience, a smart lock has been installed at the property. You will receive an access code prior to your arrival which will be valid until the check-out time, allowing for a self-check-in process. Places to hang out: The property is located close to a variety of spots to relax and hang out. Take a short walk and head out to Summit or Cyber Heights for drinks and dinner. There are plenty of options for you to choose from. Free parking: A designated parking spot is provided for you at the time of booking, or you can park anywhere at the ground level. Internet: Stay connected with our complimentary and super fast wifi connection, perfect for Zoom calls, browsing, or any other internet needs. Safety first: The property is situated in a gated community with 24-hour security guards and CCTV coverage for added safety and security. For security purposes, there is an outdoor camera at the entrance. Convenience store: There is a grocery store located on the ground floor which can deliver groceries to your doorstep from 8 am - 11 pm Caretaker: A caretaker is available to assist you with any needs between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Use the balcony for smoking. Please refrain from smoking inside the studio! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our studio as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Guest access Club access: Access to our shared gym and temperature-controlled swimming pool is available year-round. To access them, please let us know in advance. There is an additional charge of INR 200+ taxes per person, which can be paid directly at the club.
