We are located in one of the Old Town's nightlife areas from where you can enjoy its atmosphere (please refrain from people with sleep problems or sensitive to noise). We have prepared everything in detail with great care so that you feel at home and have everything you need for your days in the North. The space A cozy and newly renovated apartment for you to enjoy the city from the heart of its Old Town. One-bedroom apartment, with living room-kitchen-dining room and bathroom, fully equipped. We have put a large table for you to work or read comfortably. The apartment overlooks the outside of the building, with windows in all its rooms and two balconies (in the bedroom and living room). You will enjoy its special atmosphere, as we are on top of one of the Old Town's "poteo" areas. What we like the most is having breakfast and working with the views from the large window in the living room. Guest access You'll have access to entire apartment. Other things to note The Old Town is a pedestrian area. We are located 5 minutes from the Plaza Unamuno metro stop and 650 meters from the Renfe train station (Abando). Abando also has a metro and taxi stop. At the entrance to the Old Town, there is a taxi stand (Paseo de Areatza, at the height of Calle Correos) and a paid parking lot (Parking Parkia Arenal).
