The space Whimsical Chalet is a 3 Bedroom/2 bath modern midcentury house that offers a unique experience that combines the luxury of vacation with the comforts of home. Guest access - The entire home will be solely yours for the duration of your stay. We may request access if something needs to be addressed on the property. - Access to the community amenities (beach, basketball & tennis) with guest passes. The guest passes included into reservation. Registration with the community is required to get the access. - This is our personal home that we also enjoy a lot. You are welcome to hang out, just please, no loud music or loud noise after that time, as we like to be respectful to our neighbors. - The hot tub & Sauna are outdoors and are operational year round. After a day of exploration, adventure, or shopping, immerse yourself in the ultimate relaxation experience with our hot tub and sauna. Let the soothing warmth melt away any tension, leaving you refreshed and revitalized. Other things to note Disclosure: There is a security camera monitoring the driveway and main and balcony entrances to the property. * No other pets other than dogs are allowed. A one-time $80 pet fee will apply should you decide to take your furry friend with you, as the house will need to go through an additional hypoallergenic cleaning process. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per stay. No exceptions. We strive for our guests to have nothing less than a five-star experience. It is conveniently located within a secure community, adjacent to the I-380 highway, and in close proximity to all the attractions the Pocono region has to offer.
