100yr old home, desirable Summerville Historic District. Private room, 55 in tv. Perfect for traveling professionals needing a good night’s sleep or a cozy Master’s stay. 2 miles from AN. I have two listings and each room only permits 1 guest to ensure peaceful stay for working travelers. Quiet, clean, safe, comfy. Guests have access to the kitchen for light cooking, and bathroom as well as the front porch. Bathroom may be shared if both suites rented. Questions - just ask :) Guest access Guests have access to a private room with locking door. Guests have access to the bathroom, kitchen and front porch. Guests may use the kitchen for light cooking and light storage. During your stay Happy to help! Questions- Happy to help! PM for special requests! Otherwise, I stay upstairs when guests are here outside of occasional use of the kitchen. Other things to note I have two dogs. Short term guests will not meet them, but long term guests may come in contact with them in shared spaces at times. My dogs are not allowed in guest rooms, or the guest bathroom during or in-between stays.
